With the increase in Sponge Iron Capacity, the requirement of Sized Iron Ore and Coal is also increased. Hence to cater the need of Sized Iron ore and Coal and towards integration, Company has installed in-house Crushing facility for Coal and Iron Ore with Beneficiation.
In order to cater rapid industrialization, the demand for electrical energy is on the rise. Conforming to stringent environmental norms, energy through waste heat recovery has emerged as one of the better alternatives to address this need. The Ministry of Environment & Forest has made it compulsory for the DRI plants to generate captive power by using kiln waste heat in order to emphasis on generating power through this non conventional way. Nakoda Group had established itself as a Captive Green Power producer much before this norm had been established (02nos. Power Plant based on Waste Heat Recovery and 01no. based on Biomass). Hence, complete power unit installed is environment friendly reducing Green House Gas (GHG) emissions.
Fly Ash Bricks plant (per day capacity of 50000 bricks) has been installed inside the premises in order to cater the Fly Ash generated from Power Plant.
The Company produces high quality Steel Billets in the Steel Melting Shop with an overall capacity of 400Tons per day by 4 x 10tons capacity Induction Furnace.
